Cuban killed at Red Cross facility in St. Catherine identified

As investigations continue into Tuesday's fatal shooting of a Cuban man on the compound of the Red Cross in Central Village, St. Catherine, the police have identified him as 30-year-old Younis Gamboa.
  
It's understood that, shortly after 1:00 p.m., a man went onto the compound of the Red Cross and opened fire on the Cuban.
  
The 30-year-old victim was pronounced dead at hospital.
  
The police are searching for a suspect who goes by the alias Coolie. He is said to be a gang leader from the nearby community of Little Lane.
  
The Cuban and several compatriots were staying at the Red Cross facility after arriving on the island illegally by boat.
