The decomposed body of a man was found in bushes along Wint Road in Mandeville, Manchester on Friday morning.
Passersby reportedly stumbled across the remains at a vacant lot between Mandeville Infant School and Brooks Park about 8 o'clock.
It was facedown under a metal grille.
The body was clad in a black shorts and a red hoodie sweater.
