Don Creary
Former JLP Councillor Don Creary who is facing rape allegations returned to court on Friday where the cases against him were mentioned.
The 48 year old businessman was charged last month with two counts of rape following a probe by the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA).
It is alleged that in 2013, Creary raped a 15 year old girl at an apartment in Havendale, St Andrew.
The cops alleged that the second victim, an 18 year old, was raped at the same apartment in July.
Carey returns to court on December 11.
