The Earthquake Unit has confirmed a magnitude 4.3 earthquake was felt in sections of Jamaica on Tuesday afternoon.
The earthquake occurred sometime before 6pm.
The quake was reportedly felt in Manchester, St Elizabeth, St James and sections of the Corporate Area.
Sedimentary Geologist at the Earthquake Unit, Professor Simon Mitchell said the quake occurred in the vicinity of Spur Tree, Manchester.
