Ralph T. O'Neal, former Premier of the British Virgin Islands
Former British Virgin Islands premier, Ralph T. O'Neal, died on Monday, at the age of 85.
Mr. O'Neal was appointed the territory's first premier when the constitution was amended in 2007.
He was the longest serving elected politician in the country's history.
