As the probe into the multi-million US dollar fraud scheme at Stocks and Securities Limited deepens, the Financial Services Commission as assumed temporary management of the company.
Kenneth Tomlinson of Business Recovery Services Limited has been appointed temporary manager, effective today.
Mr Tomlinson had initially been appointed Special Auditor, beginning January 13, with the aim of further supporting the Commission in its enhanced supervisory oversight of the financial entity as the investigations continue.
Reports surfaced last week that the accounts of several clients of the financial entity, including sprint legend Usain Bolt, were defrauded of millions of US dollars.
