Information Minister Olivia Grange is expected to report
to Cabinet Monday on the outcome of talks held last week regarding NewsTALK 93
FM.
Ms Grange met with principals of the Radio Station and the Broadcasting Commission based on a recommendation that the broadcast license of the station be suspended.
The Broadcasting Commission made the recommendation following its determination that breaches of the Television and Sound Broadcasting Regulations occurred on January 2.
The breaches occurred during a programme hosted by University of the West Indies lecturer Dr Kingsley "Ragashanti" Stewart.
