Managing Director of the HEART/NSTA Trust Dr. Taneisha Ingleton says the agency has addressed the issues surrounding the delay in the delivery of certificates.

A number of former students have complained about the length of time it was taking to receive their certificates despite completing various programmes.

Dr. Ingleton said people who were affected can now obtain their certificates.

"We would have gone on a certification collection campaign drive that's all over our social media pages where individuals have been told on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn that we're here, your certificates are ready. You can also collect them at every interface that the Trust has," she said.

Dr. Ingleton said persons were also able to collect their certificates at the recent Denbigh Agricultural Show.

"If it is that there are individuals out there who have not yet received their certificates, it's easy to send a message to the Trust. You can send it through or DM on our Instagram pages, on our LinkedIn pages," she advised.

She said persons may also call and can make use of the Trust's mobile delivery services.
