Jamaican judge to lead enquiry into death of four divers in Trinidad pipeline mishap

Jamaican jurist Justice Dennis Morrison has been appointed to lead a three-member Commission of Enquiry that will look into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of four divers while working on an underwater crude oil pipeline last month in Trinidad.
 
Trinidad and Tobago's Energy Minister Stuart Young made the announcement on Thursday.
 
Sub-sea specialist Gregory Wilson is the other person appointed to the commission.
 
Mr. Young told a news conference that the third member will be a representative from an international investigative firm with experience in conducting probes into large industrial accidents.
 
The individual is still being sought.
