JCF announces location to collect criminal records

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has announced a location for collection of police records amid frustration at the closure of the Criminal Records Office in downtown Kingston.

In a post on Twitter Monday afternoon, the JCF said persons who have already had their fingerprints taken can collect their certificates at the Kingston Central Police Division on Queen's Street.

It said it is working to resume regular service this week.

Persons with emergencies can contact the office via email at TSD@JCF.GOV.JM.

The JCF announced last week that operations had been suspended because of air quality issues.
