Karisma Hotels and Resorts will re-brand its Jamaican resort as the Azul Sensatori Jamaica on December 21.
The Negril property will be a conversion of the Seashore Bay Beach Resort the former Beaches Sandy Bay.
Karisma had planned the brand change since last year, when it acquired and assumed management of the resort.
The 140-room, all-inclusive property will be Azul Hotels & Villas' first property outside of Mexico and its sixth overall.
