A man who confessed to returning three laptop computers that were stolen from his employer is to be sentenced on November 13.
Gavin Murray pleaded guilty to simply larceny and conspiracy to larceny, and not guilty to receiving stolen property.
The court was told that six of the 15 stolen laptops were recovered.
On Monday when Senior Parish Court Judge Lori-Ann Cole-Montaque asked Murray why he took the computers, he said he did not plan to.
He explained that someone asked him to hand over the laptops and he complied.
Murray's co-accused are Dwayne Daley, Sean Dixon, Rickey Thompson and Dujon Bennett.
Mr. Bennett pleaded not guilty to simple larceny.
Murray claimed his co-accused, except Mr. Bennett are strangers to him.
Prior to extending his bail, the Parish Court judge ordered a social enquiry report.
Murray is to report to the police once per week.
His co-accused also had their bail extended.
