A man is in hospital under police guard after being set upon by a mob in Leeds, St Elizabeth.
It's alleged that the man sexually assaulted a six year old girl in the same community
The man, said to be in his late 50s, was beaten by residents after they got wind of the alleged incident.
The Santa Cruz police were called and the man taken to hospital.
