The St Catherine homes of a senior police officer and a former high-ranking soldier were searched on Saturday morning in separate operations carried out by the Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency [MOCA].
The operations are believed to be linked to a high-level investigation into the seizure of a quantity of cocaine at the since-disbanded police Counter Terrorism and Organised Crime [C-TOC] division.
Major Basil Jarrett, Director of Communication at MOCA, has confirmed that the agency is conducting operations in St Catherine.
The homes and other premises linked to two high-ranking police officers, previously assigned to C-TOC, were also searched by MOCA agents in August.
