Israel's ambassador to the UN says Israel is committed to allowing aid into Gaza, saying "there's no shortage" of it but that Hamas is to blame for delays.
Fighting continues in Gaza, as well as southern Lebanon where authorities say 16 people, including the local mayor, were killed by Israeli air strikes on a municipal building.
