Nicole Foster-Pusey to be Solicitor General

 The country has a new Solicitor General.

 Nicole Foster-Pusey has been appointed to the post in the Attorney General’s Chambers.

Her appointment takes effect on August 7.

 Mrs. Foster-Pusey replaces former Solicitor General Douglas Leys who demitted office on March 30.

She previously served in the Attorney General’s Chambers between 1993 and 2008, where she developed considerable expertise in the areas of litigation, commercial and constitutional law.

Mrs. Foster-Pusey was called to the bar in 1992.
