PNP's Imani Duncan-Price won't contest next general election

The opposition People's National Party will have to find a new representative for the Central Kingston seat when the next general election comes around.

The party's caretaker for the constituency, Imani Duncan-Price, has announced that she will not contest the next election.

Mrs Duncan-Price has written to PNP president Mark Golding and chairperson, Dr. Angela Brown Burke, informing them of her decision.

She has cited significant increases in the scope and responsibilities of a project in which her Imani, Grace and Love Foundation recently became involved.
