Peter Champagnie, the attorney for R Hotel
The police have received the closed circuit television (CCTV) footage relating to the party former agriculture minister Floyd Green attended last month on a no-movement day.
A judge gave the R Hotel until Tuesday to release the footage to the police.
R Hotel's attorney, Peter Champagnie, on Wednesday afternoon confirmed that the footage was released to investigators.
"Consistent with the position and posture of the R Hotel from the beginning of this matter, my clients, the R Hotel, rendered full cooperation and the police are in receipt of that which they requested," said Mr. Champagnie.
"What had delayed the matter, to a large extent, was the issue of clarification in respect of the original order or request that had been made by the police," he explained.
The police are investigating whether Mr. Green and others captured on video at a party on September 15, a no-movement day, should be charged with breaches of the Disaster Risk Management Act.
