A high-powered weapon was seized by the Kingston Western police on the weekend.
The Springfield rifle, with a magazine containing thirteen rounds, was found in a black zipper firearm casing bag, inside a wall at the back of a premises in Craig Town.
No one was arrested in connection with the find.
