Two Portland businessmen are among three people charged with breaching the Disaster Risk Management Act and the Noise Abatement Act.
They are 35-year-old Demar Bell and his brother 34-year-old Colin Bell, operators of Sea Bell Resort in Hope Bay, Portland.
The third person is 26-year-old Janiel Dormer, a sound system operator of Snow Hill, Portland.
The charges relate to an illegal entertainment event which was held at the Sea Bell Resort on New Year's Day.
