More than 120 students of Manchester High School and the police are continuing the search for 12-year-old Jayden Smith, who has been missing for close to a week.
They are searching along Wesley Road, which is in the vicinity of the Mandeville-based school.
Radio Jamaica's correspondent said there were false reports of sightings of Jayden up to Wednesday evening.
The first-form student was last seen at Little Caesars restaurant on Friday, September 26, in the company of his schoolmates.
His family is pleading for his safe return.
