The part-heard sentencing hearing for Omar Collymore and his three co-convicts has been adjourned until Friday.
Prior to Wednesday's adjournment, the medical doctor who was subpoenaed last week to speak to Dwayne Pink's medical record, appeared in court.
During last week's hearing, Pink's attorney Ernest Davis told Justice Leighton Pusey that his client's medical condition should be taken into consideration.
Mr. Davis submitted that Pink had no "actual participation in the double murder".
He also pointed out that Pink was not the main person nor the triggerman.
The doctor has been scheduled to give evidence on Friday.
His evidence will be delivered in-camera.
On October 15, Collymore, Pink, and contract killer Michael Adams were found guilty of two counts of murder and conspiracy to murder for the deaths of Simone Campbell Collymore and her taxi driver Winston Watson.
Shaquilla Edwards was found not guilty of murder but guilty of conspiracy to murder.
During the trial, the prosecution told jurors that Collymore hired Adams to facilitate the murder of his wife, and that Edwards and Pink allegedly played a role in monitoring the businesswoman's movements before her death.
