Supreme Court judge Justice Stephanie-Jackson Haisley has granted an application to have former Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller excluded from the Trafigura hearing.
The hearing was done on Wednesday morning in chambers.
On Monday, attorney, K.D. Knight told the Supreme Court that the application was supported by an affidavit from medical doctor Denise Eldemire-Shearer.
