Labour Minister in the Cayman Islands, Dwayne Seymour has resigned from the PACT government and from his position as minister.
Mr Seymour read his resignation from government in Parliament on Friday, stating that he had never experienced such disorganised and lack lustre leadership.
He crossed the floor from the opposition in November 2021.
