The People's National Party's Christopher Brown has been declared the winner of the hotly contested St Mary Eastern constituency following the final count on Sunday night by the Electoral Office of Jamaica.
Mr Brown defeated the Jamaica Labour Party's Norman Dunn by 21 votes following the final count.
He was declared the winner of the seat by 11 votes on Election night.
This now completes the EOJ's final count of ballots of the 63 constituencies.
The final count is now 35 seats for the incumbent Jamaica Labour Party and 28 seats for the People's National Party.
An elated Chris Brown, flanked by jubilant supporters, expressed his joy at winning the seat, in an interview with Radio Jamaica News.
