Three senior members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force have been promoted to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police.

They are Wayne Joseph, head of the Criminal Investigation Branch, Michael Phipps, who currently commands Area 4, and Christopher Phillips, who heads Area 5
