The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists to exercise caution at the Knutsford Boulevard/Trafalgar Road intersection in St. Andrew.
The agency says the traffic lights are out of service due to an electrical fire caused by vandals.
It says damage to the wires and electronics total millions of dollars.
