US Embassy to close in observance of Veterans’ Day

The Embassy of the United States of America in Kingston will be closed on Monday, November 12, 2012, in observance of Veterans’ Day which is a federal holiday in the United States.

All sections of the US Mission, including the Consular Section, Information Resource Centre, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Peace Corps offices and the US Consular Agency in Montego Bay, will also be closed on that day. 

The Embassy and its affiliated offices will re-open for business on Tuesday, November 13.
