Westmoreland businessman killed

 
Homicide detectives are investigating Sunday morning's gun slaying of  William Webb, businessman and Chief Executive Officer of Baba Roots, herbal root drink, at his home in Darliston, Westmoreland.
 
Senior Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay, Head of the Jamaica Constabulary Force's Corporate Communications Unit, told Radio Jamaica News that Mr Webb was shot when four gunmen invaded his house through a window about 3:45.
 
She said Mr. Webb was found with a single gunshot wound. 
 
The gunmen also ransacked his room.
 
SSP Lindsay said investigators are working to establish a motive.
 
Radio Jamaica News was also informed that one of Mr. Webb's employees was found tied up and his mouth covered with tape. 
 
The employee was discovered at the factory where the Baba Roots herbal drink is produced, adjacent to Mr. Webb's home.
