Butterfield (Barbados) Limited bank
The Butterfield (Barbados) Limited bank which has operated in the island since 2001will reportedly close its doors mid-September.
The decision comes as the Bermuda-headquartered bank prepares to adopt the First Citizens Bank brand.
First Citizens recently announced plans to buy out Butterfield’s local operations.
