The Guyana government says it will table three new pieces of legislation in the National Assembly on Monday aimed at enhancing crime-fighting efforts and strengthening collaboration with CARICOM countries.
Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Mohabir Anil Nandlall, SC, said the legislation includes the CARICOM Arrest Warrant Bill, the Advanced Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record Bill, and the Regional Security Systems Bill.
He said the legislation aligns with Guyana's commitments to CARICOM and its treaty obligations.
