Grange defends Nat'l Stadium certification amidst opposition doubts

Minister of Sports, Olivia Grange has rubbished claims by the opposition hinting that the National Stadium has not been certified as a Class 1 facility following refurbishing work last year.

Questions surfaced on Tuesday afternoon following a World Athletics certification system list of facilities published on August 7, which does not include Jamaica's National Stadium among the certified Class 1 facilities.
