Jamaica eyeing multiple event bobsleigh Olympic qualification

President of the Jamaica Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation Dr Christian Stokes says they will look to continue their momentum in a bid to qualify teams in multiple events for both genders at next year's Winter Olympics in Milano-Cortina.

This comes after Jamaica's 4-man team won gold at the North American Cup field in Whistler, Canada on Monday. Jamaica now heads into a packed schedule of North American Cup races in Park City, Utah, from November 30 to December 4, before shifting to Lake Placid, New York, for three more rounds between January 2-11.

The qualifiers will be determined by the best runs across seven races. Jamaica had 6 athletes who competed in three bobsleigh events at the 2022 edition of the Winter Olympics.
