JCA and clubs could be on collision course over money owed

Report by RJRGLEANER Group Sports Reporter Jerome Foster

The Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) and some of its members could be on a collision course over monies owed to the board by Cricket West Indies (CWI).

Some members are disgruntled over a massive slash in what was to be distributed. In its 2023 financial statements, CWI said it owed its territorial boards US $9.2 million and US $1.19 million of that was owed to the JCA.
