Vice president of the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) Bruce Gaynor says there is disappointment that Jamaica won't get the opportunity to host any games during the 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Speaking with Radio Jamaica Sports on the weekend, CONCACAF president Victor Motaglianni said all games in the 2021 tournament would be held in the United States, unlike 2019 where Jamaica and Costa Rica hosted two matches each.

But while being disappointed, Gaynor is understanding of the current health climate.

with plans in place to arrange charter flights for the World Cup qualifiers, Gaynor says a decision is still to be made if the same method of transportation will be used for the Gold Cup. The 2021 edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup is set to run from July 10 to August 1.
