Olympic 100 metre silver medallist Kishane Thompson is the top name confirmed so far for the 7th staging of the Racers Grand Prix set for Saturday, June 7 at the National Stadium.
Olympic finalist and compatriot Oblique Seville and British record holder Zharnel Hughes have also been booked for the men's blue ribband event.
Reigning world 400 metre champion Antonio Watson is slated to contest his pet event, while Olympic, world outdoor and indoor long jump silver medallist Wayne Pinnock will also be on show.
The meet will also see quarter miler Christopher Taylor making his return to the sport after serving a two and half year suspension for an anti-doping rule violation, while schoolboy sensation Gary Card will make his debut at the professional level.
On the women's side, sprint hurdles world record holder Tobi Amusan has already been confirmed for participation along with Olympic champion for that event Masai Russell, as well as the Clayton twins, Tia and Tina and national Under-20 100 metre record holder Alana Reid.
In the meantime, negotiations are ongoing with a host of other athletes. The launch for this year's Racers Grand Prix took place on Tuesday at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. The meet will run for two and a half fours starting at 7:00 pm.
