After years of coaching the Sunshine girls, Oberon Pitterson-Nattie's new challenge is working with one of the Caribbean's weakest teams, Grenada. A look at the international rankings shows just how far Jamaica is ahead of the rest of the Caribbean in netball.
A few, such as Grenada and St Lucia are improving, with help from Jamaicans. Oberon Pitterson-Nattie has been overseeing Grenada's resurgence as a coaching consultant/Technical Director.
She's now preparing the team for the defence of the Eastern Caribbean States Championship.
