Jamaica's 2022 World Cup qualifying bid took a huge dent on Sunday after they were beaten 3-0 by Panama in their CONCACAF final round World Cup qualifying match at the National Stadium on Sunday.
Goals from Andres Andrade in the 14th minute, Rolando Blackburn in the 39th and Cecilio Waterman in the 82nd minute subjected the Reggae Boyz to their second consecutive defeat in the octagon.
They had lost their opening match 2-1 to Mexico at the Azteca Stadium last Thursday.
The defeat has left the Reggae Boyz rooted at the foot of the eight team table without a point from two matches, while Panama moved up to second on the table with 4 points. The Jamaicans will next be in action on Wednesday when they play away to Costa Rica.
