Fresh on the heals of becoming only the second cricketer to score more than 3,000 runs in T20 international cricket, Jamaican Stafanie Taylor is hoping that more women will be attracted to the game in the Caribbean.
Taylor believes an injection of fresh talent is required for the Windies women to remain competitive with the best teams in world cricket.
The 29-year-old Taylor, who led the Windies to the T20 world title in 2016, is already planning for life after her playing career, even as she remains a top performer in the current set-up.
