The West Indies are now trailing England 2-0 in their three match One Day International series after losing the second game by three wickets in Cardiff on Sunday.
Sent to bat, the West Indies were dismissed for 308 in 47.4 overs. Their total was set up by Keacy Carty's 103, his 4th ODI century. He was supported by half-centuries from Jamaica's Brandon King 59 and captain Shai Hope 78.
Adil Rashid took 4-63, while Saquib Mahmood had 3-37.
England in reply recovered from 93-4, as Joe Root led the way with 166 in guiding them to victory 312-7 in 48.5 overs. Alzarri Joseph claimed 4-31.
The third and final ODI takes place at the Oval in London on Tuesday.
