Barbados: Economy forecast to continue on growth trajectory

The Barbados economy is forecast to continue on its growth trajectory this year.

In a review of the local economy for 2022, Central Bank Governor, Cleviston Haynes told a news conference today that the economy is predicted to expand in the range of four to five per cent.

But Mr Haynes says the bank anticipates that the resurgence of the tourism sector will not be as rapid as in 2022.
