Fitch Ratings has assigned Excelerate Energy Limited Partnership a first-time long-term issue default rating of BB.
Fitch also assigned a BB with a recovery rating of RR4 to the company's proposed issuance of senior unsecured notes.
The proceeds from the notes will be used to help fund Excelerate's acquisition of New Fortress Energy Jamaica's assets and to pay down existing debt.
