Gwest Corporation saw increased losses for its second quarter ended September.
For the three-month period, the company made a $17.1 million deficit, compared to an $8.9 million loss for the corresponding quarter last year.
The loss came despite an increase in revenue, ending the quarter at $52.43 million, which represents an $8.9 million ncrease.
Gwest, which offers medical services, says this growth was supported by an increase in patient fees. There was however a decrease in the company's lease income.
The company also faced higher expenses at $69 million, up from the $52.6 million spent last year.
