Derrimon Trading company has appointed Ian Kelly its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1.
Mr. Kelly has been an integral part of Derrimon since 2011, serving in key roles such as Group Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director, Divisional Director at Sampars, Corporate Planner, and Finance Director.
The company says the change reflects its strategic decision to separate the roles of Chairman and CEO.
Derrick Cotterell, who has served as Chairman and CEO for 26 years, will remain as Executive Chairman, focusing on strategic oversight and governance.
Derrimon Trading Company operates across retail, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics.
