The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has collaborated with a coalition of 40 global corporate executives in launching a historic partnership in aiding Latin American and the Caribbean's recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The business leaders pledged to work together in three areas critical to post-pandemic economic recovery: empowering women, accelerating digitalization and strengthening regional value chains.
The IDB said leading private-sector executives discussed the historic challenges and the unique opportunities to drive growth and investment in the region.
