Jamaican Teas has entered into an agreement to acquire a property in Temple Hall, St. Andrew.
In a notice to shareholders, the company said the land comprises 60,000 square feet of factory buildings on about three acres of land.
The deal is set for completion by or before November this year.
Jamaican Teas says the property will be used to house a manufacturing facility, which will be relocated from Bell Road and Montgomery Avenue in St. Andrew.
The company expects to begin relocating to the Temple Hall facility by the end of 2023.
