Dr. William Lawrence, management consultant to the Jamaica Stock Exchange, says Jamaican and Caribbean financial institutions and businesses in general must integrate AI and information technology across their entire enterprise.
Additionally, he says there must be a greater degree of collaboration and coordination between the information communications technology, human
resource and accounting departments of these companies if they are going to be able to use AI more productively.
