MFS Capital Partners which trades on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange under the symbol MFS, will resume trading on Friday, March 7.
This follows the resolution of the issues that led to the suspension of its shares on December 31, 2024.
These issues included the submission of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ending June 2024 and the 1st Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ending September 30, 2024.
Additionally, MFS has shared a market release outlining the measures it has taken to prevent future financial reporting issues.
