CEO of the Seprod Group, Richard Pandohie, says the Government of Jamaica must mandate that milk be included in the school feeding programme if the dairy industry is to be rehabilitated.
Citing the Dominican Republic as an example, he stressed that the move contributed to the rehabilitation of that country's dairy industry years ago.
