The RJRGLEANER Communciations Group says there could be changes to the company's senior management team.
In a release Tuesday, the company, listed as Radio Jamaica Limited, said it has started discussions with members of its senior leadership, who may be impacted by changes being made to the organisational structure.
It is not clear which positions could be affected and when discussions began.
The announcement comes after a series of changes in the last two years, including the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, along with a series of new positions to include two Deputy CEOs and Chief People Officer.
Radio Jamaica Limited says the changes would form part of the new target operating model.
It says the new model is designed to make the group more agile and efficient to thrive in the new media landscape.
